Group of cultural facilities keeps clear view of the mountains
Built for the prefecture's 100th anniversary, the cultural facilities were designed to blend into the sloped terrain and arranged in the center of the Symbol Plaza into which streams a cascading waterfall. A park and walkways were built around the facilities.
