Landscape built in harmony with the dam
This public town complex, built with scenic considerations, was designed to accommodate the asymmetrical landscape of Hiyoshi dam. "Refresh Plaza," hot spring facilities, by the river, are linked by a bridge to "Welcome Plaza," with its meeting rooms and restaurant.
