Minamiza
Minamiza This theater is famous for the kaomise-kogyo, a year-end tradition in which all of the troupe's members appear. Located near Shijogawara where kabuki originated. The elegant architecture is designated by the national government as an important cultural asset.

"Hokyoden" Noh Stage at Kansai Seminar House
Hokyoden This Noh stage, originally built in 1898 to mark the 300th anniversary of the death of TOYOTOMI Hideyoshi, was later moved to its present location and restored. The pillars are round, made of Kitayama cedar logs.

Noh Stage at Sasayama Kasuga Shrine
Noh Stage at Sasayama Kasuga Shrine This shrine was dedicated in 1861 by AOYAMA Tadanaga, the feudal lord of Sasayama. Under the stage are seven large Tanbayaki earthenware pots. This is among the best examples of Noh stage construction.

Shunjuza Theater,Kyoto University of Art and Design A kabuki-style theater managed by Kyoto University of Art and Design, with kabuki actor ICHIKAWA Ennosuke serving as artistic director. It is used for educational purposes and also stages a wide range of performances, including kabuki and opera.
